Description
Inca 2 seater chair: a compact loveseat with mid-century style
The Inca 2 seater chair is the two-person version of Kyoto’s best-selling Inca lounge chair. It pairs a padded seat and back with an open, stained wooden frame and sweeping armrests, giving you a small sofa that feels light and airy rather than bulky. At 131.5cm wide it is ideal for flats, snugs, bedrooms, home offices, hallways and bay windows where a full-size sofa would overwhelm the room.
Two finishes
- Achilles Brown PU: a soft-touch faux leather in a warm tan brown with horizontal channel stitching on the back and seat. It wipes clean easily and gives a relaxed, vintage-club feel.
- Leto Natural Woven Chenille: a soft oatmeal chenille with a gentle texture, supplied with two matching bolster cushions. A warm neutral that suits almost any colour scheme.
Both finishes sit on the same brown-stained wooden frame, which contrasts beautifully with the upholstery.
Comfort and proportions
The seat is 60cm deep with a seat height of 46cm, a comfortable height for most adults to sit down and stand up easily. The angled back gives proper support for reading or chatting, and the 57cm arms are at a natural height to rest an elbow. At 79cm high overall, the Inca keeps a low profile that lets light flow across the room and works well under a window.
Where it works best
- Small living rooms and flats: seats two without dominating the floor space.
- Bedrooms: a stylish spot at the end of the bed or in a bay window.
- Home office: a comfortable second seat for breaks or video calls away from the desk.
- Alongside Inca chairs: pair it with an Inca lounge chair or rocking chair for a matching set.
