The Jay-Be Quest Q2 Extreme Comfort is the middle model in Jay-Be’s Quest range of children’s mattresses, and the first to use pocket springs. Each deep e-Pocket™ spring is wrapped individually, so it reacts only to the weight directly above it. That matters for children who sleep in every position and move all night: the mattress supports the shoulder, hip and back separately instead of dipping as one unit.

Unpacking and care

Take the roll to your child’s bedroom before opening it. Lay it on the bed, cut the wrapping carefully with the blade pointing away from the mattress, and let it unroll. Leave it for 24 to 48 hours in a ventilated room to reach its full 18 cm depth. Rotate it head to toe every three months using the side handles. A breathable, washable protector keeps it clean while letting the 3D spacer do its job.

Free delivery to mainland England and mainland Wales, including Anglesey, by courier to your door. The rolled pack is easy to carry upstairs. We do not deliver to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight or the Isles of Scilly.

It fits any standard UK single cabin bed or mid sleeper. At 18 cm deep it is too deep for the top bunk of most bunk beds; check your bed’s maximum mattress depth first.

Does it need flipping?

No. It is a non-flip design. Just rotate it head to toe every three months.

Is it suitable for children with allergies?
