Description
The Bianca is a small, traditional armchair with a deep-buttoned back, rounded arms and turned wooden legs. It is the kind of chair that suits almost any room: beside a bedroom window, in a hallway nook, either side of a fireplace or as a reading chair in the corner of a living room. At 68cm wide it fits where a full-size armchair will not.
Four upholstery choices are available. Antheia Cream Linen and Antheia Charcoal Linen are linen-mix fabrics with a natural slubbed texture. Meadow Print Natural is a soft floral print on a natural ground for a country-cottage look. Rhea Berry Chenille, new for autumn 2026, is a warm raspberry-red chenille with a soft, velvety hand.
Design details
The back is deep-buttoned in a diamond pattern, which gives the chair its classic character and helps the padding stay in place over years of use. The arms curve gently outwards and the seat is a plump, generous cushion. The chair stands on four turned wooden legs in a natural washed finish, which lifts it off the floor and keeps it looking light in a small room.
Comfort
The seat is 42cm high, 52cm deep and 50cm wide: a comfortable upright sit that suits reading, a morning coffee or putting shoes on in a bedroom. The arms are 61cm high, so you can rest your elbows naturally. It is not a lounging chair; if you want to sink in and put your feet up, look at a deeper armchair instead.
Will it fit?
The Bianca measures 84cm high, 68cm wide and 80.5cm deep. It weighs 15kg and arrives in a single box, so it is easy to carry upstairs to a bedroom or into a flat.

Is the Bianca suitable for a bedroom?
Yes. It is compact, light enough to move on your own and the upright seat height suits dressing and reading.
Which fabric is easiest to live with?
Charcoal Linen and Rhea Berry Chenille are the most forgiving with everyday marks. Cream Linen is the brightest but shows marks more easily. Meadow Print hides small marks well because of the pattern.
Does it need assembling?
Very little. It arrives in a single 15kg box and the step-by-step instructions are linked below so you can check them before delivery.
Is there a two-seater version?
Yes, the Bianca 2 Seater has the same buttoned back and turned legs if you want a matching pair.
When will the Berry chenille arrive?
