Wooden beds: the short answer
Our wooden beds run from a £198.99 mid-century frame to a £636.99 triple bunk, with guest beds, toddler beds and an oak-effect ottoman in between. Delivery is free to mainland England and Wales, including Anglesey, and Klarna is available. Stock moves quickly in this category, so items currently out of stock are marked on each listing.

Adult wooden beds
• Skandi Mid Century Bed: a slim Scandinavian-style frame in single, small double, double and king.
• Quant Wooden Ottoman Bed: Oak Artisan finish with black trim, an LED-lit headboard and gas-lift storage. European sizes (160 x 200cm or 180 x 200cm) that need an EU-size mattress.

Guest beds

Solid wood, veneer or wood effect?
Solid wood is the heaviest and the easiest to repair. Veneer is a thin layer of real wood over a stable core, so it resists warping. Wood-effect finishes like Oak Artisan are a printed surface over board: lighter, cheaper and easy to wipe clean. Each listing says which one you are buying.

Wooden bed FAQs
Do wooden beds squeak? A creak usually comes from loose bolts. Retighten them a week after assembly and once or twice a year after that.
Is the mattress included? No. Frames are sold without a mattress; each listing suggests size-matched mattresses.
What sizes are there? UK single to king for most adult frames, European sizes for the Quant, and toddler and single sizes for kids’ beds.
Do they need assembling? Yes, they arrive flat-packed. Instructions are linked on the product page where the maker supplies them.
Where do you deliver? Free to mainland England and Wales, including Anglesey. Not to Scotland, Northern Ireland or the islands.
