Description
The Mallorca Mirrored Wardrobe 203cm is a statement piece for a main bedroom. On the left, two mirrored doors sit above two wide drawers; on the right, a sliding section carries a strip of vertical decorative slats, so the front looks like a piece of furniture rather than a plain box.
Design
Mallorca combines mirrored doors with a band of vertical decorative slats, the ribbed, panelled look that has moved from living rooms into bedrooms. It comes in two finishes. White Matt has light oak-effect slats, a soft Scandi look for a bright room. Oak Artisan is a warm, honey-toned oak effect with black slats, which suits darker walls and Japandi-style bedrooms. Both have slim black handles.
Storage inside
Behind the mirrors is a run of shelves above the drawers. The sliding section opens onto hanging space on two levels, so shirts and jackets can hang above trousers or skirts. Because the right-hand section slides, it needs no clearance in front, which helps when a bed sits close by.
Size and fit
It is 203cm wide, 60cm deep and 213cm high, with no top box to add. That height suits standard UK ceilings. Allow space for the two mirrored doors to swing open on the left.
Looking after it
Mallorca is made from laminated board, which is hard-wearing and easy to keep clean: wipe it with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry it off. Dust the slats with a soft brush attachment. Do not use abrasive pads or solvent cleaners, and spray glass cleaner onto a cloth rather than directly onto the mirror so it does not run into the edges.
