Description
The Link Hinged Wardrobe 80cm is a 80cm wide hinged-door wardrobe standing 194cm tall and 54cm deep. It carries two hinged doors across the front, and behind them two shelves.
Hinged doors open fully, so the whole interior is reachable in one movement and nothing sits hidden behind a fixed panel. You will need clear floor in front for the door swing. The finish is Oak Sonoma. It suits a room where a taller unit would look heavy or will not clear the ceiling.

Dimensions
| Width | 80cm |
|---|---|
| Height | 194cm |
| Depth | 54cm |
| Weight | 60kg |
Those are the assembled dimensions. Before you order, measure the route the cartons have to travel as well as the wall they are going against: the front door, any turn on the stairs, the landing and the bedroom doorway. A 80cm wardrobe is normally the widest thing that will go into a room’s upstairs, and once it is built it cannot be tipped through a tight turn.
Allow a little over the 194cm height when you check the ceiling. The unit has to be stood upright during assembly, so you need slightly more clearance than the finished height, and few ceilings are perfectly level.

Planning it into the room
Hinged doors give you the whole interior at once, which makes a hinged wardrobe easier to live with day to day. Allow around 40cm of clear floor in front for each door to swing, and check it will not foul a radiator, a bed frame or the bedroom door.
At 54cm deep it is built for garments to hang across the wardrobe front to back, so check the width of your bulkier hangers. Leave a few centimetres behind the unit if your skirting board is deep, and make sure the floor is level before you build: a wardrobe this tall shows a twist in the frame as a door that will not sit flush.
Delivery
We deliver this wardrobe to mainland England and Wales. We do not currently deliver to the Scottish Highlands, the Scottish islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight or the Channel Islands.
It arrives flat-packed and weighs 60kg in total, so it comes in more than one carton and needs two people to carry and to assemble. Current lead time is 4-5 Weeks from order. Delivery is to the room of your choice where the route allows it; please have the space clear before the delivery arrives.
Questions we get asked
Will my coats and dresses hang full length in it?
Shirts, jackets, suits and most coats hang clear at 194cm overall. Floor-length dresses and long winter coats will not: they will need hanging elsewhere or folding.
How much clearance does it need?
Allow roughly 40cm of clear floor in front of each door so it opens fully. Measure out from the wall and check nothing fixed sits in that arc.
Does it come assembled?
No. It is supplied flat-packed with instructions and fixings, and at 60kg it is split across more than one carton. Two people are needed for carrying and for assembly, mostly because the side and back panels are large and awkward rather than because they are heavy. Build it close to where it will stand: once assembled, a wardrobe this size will not go round a tight turn.
What is the interior layout?
As supplied it has 2 shelves. Shelf positions are set by the pre-drilled panels, so plan around the configuration shown rather than assuming it can be rearranged freely. If you want more hanging and less shelving, check the feature list above: on several wardrobes in this range an additional rail can be bought separately and fitted in place of shelves.
