Description
The Bali II 4 Door Mirrored Wardrobe is the large, colourful member of the Bali family. At 196cm it has room for two people’s clothes: two mirrored doors in the centre over three drawers, a central hanging rail and a tall column of shelves at each end. It comes in Bottle Green, Dull Blue or Plum, with fine gold strips across the doors and gold handles throughout.
Design
Gold inlay lines cross both outer doors at staggered heights, and the gold bar handles pick up the same tone on every door and drawer, so the wardrobe has a finished, boutique look. The twin mirrors make a wide reflection and bounce light around the room, which helps a strong colour sit comfortably in a smaller bedroom. It is a symmetrical design that can anchor a feature wall.
Three colours
Bottle Green is a soft, earthy green that pairs with oak floors, cream bedding and plants. Dull Blue is a dusty, calming mid blue that sits well with white, grey and navy. Plum is a muted mauve-pink for a warmer room, lovely with brass, blush and velvet. Each is a matt finish, so it hides fingerprints better than gloss.
Storage inside
The two mirrored doors open onto a central hanging section with a rail above the three drawers, ideal for shirts, shorter dresses, jackets and folded trousers. Behind each outer door is a full-height column of about five shelves, so each person gets a side for jumpers, jeans, bags and storage boxes. The external drawers take underwear, socks and accessories, which can save buying a separate chest.
Size and fit
It is 196cm wide, 58cm deep and 200cm high. Allow about 50cm of clear floor in front for the doors, and measure the wall including skirting and radiators. It is built on its back and stood up, so you need a ceiling of at least 2.1m (the diagonal is about 208cm). At about 174kg, two adults are needed, and it must be fixed to the wall.
Looking after it
Wipe the laminated board with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry straight away. Avoid scourers, bleach and solvent cleaners, which can mark the matt colour and the gold strips. Spray glass cleaner onto a cloth rather than straight onto the mirrors. Re-check the hinge alignment after the first few weeks of use.
